DFW Epic Eid at Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark: Muslim Family Day
- Are ticket sales refundable?
All ticket sales are final and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend after purchasing a ticket, you are most welcome to give your ticket away or resell it to someone else. Please note: the event organizers are not responsible for helping coordinate transfers.
- Can I buy tickets at the door or somewhere else?
No. This event is closed to the general public, and tickets can only be purchased through DFWEpicEid.com. Tickets will not be available at the door or through any other platform.
- What is the dress code?
This is a family-friendly Eid celebration, and modest dress is required—just as it would be in any mixed-gender setting. Attendees of all ages are expected to dress in accordance with Islamic values. Swimwear and attire that meet these guidelines should be worn at all times. Kindly visit our “What to Wear” page for examples.
- Are men and women separated during the event?
No, men and women are not separated, as this event is designed to allow families to celebrate Eid together in a joyful and connected way. The entire waterpark has been exclusively reserved for Muslims, creating a private and comfortable environment.
While men and women are not separated, we ask all attendees to uphold Islamic etiquette just as they do in other mixed gender spaces. Please follow the event’s modest dress code, and practice ḥayāʾ (modesty) through respectful behavior—such as maintaining personal space and lowering the gaze. We trust our community to help preserve a spiritually mindful and welcoming atmosphere for all.
